Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, I moved to the US 10 years ago and have called The United States my home ever since. I arrived in this country with two bags full of hope and vision.
I love teaching and helping others, so when it came time for college I chose to study Education, specializing in Instructional Design and Human Resources Development, which in turn lead me to teach for 6 years for a GED institution.
I called Florida home for 6 years, where I immersed myself in the different Hispanic cultures of the many nationalities that call Florida home. I also learned that even though we are all Hispanic - we also have the unique cultural difference that makes us special and different from each other.
At that time, I felt called to continue my education and completed the Paralegal Program at Florida Atlantic University. I also had the pleasure of working as a Paralegal in a solo practitioner office in Boca Raton. Interacting with clients, assisting the attorney, and helping the clients achieve their particular goals reinforced my passion for helping others. Understanding the client’s perspective and narrowing their needs and wants was crucial in helping build their case. Customer satisfaction has always been my number one priority, and my goal is to see the client smile with joy because their needs have been met.
Me, my husband Roger, my daughter Saori and our two cats Sakura and Slash, moved to North Carolina 4 years ago and we love it. We bought our house in Cary and we are here to stay! I have worked the past few years in the banking industry handling court ordered loan modifications. Customer satisfaction and ethical behavior have been the lifeblood of my work.
A house is the biggest investment a person may have in their lifetime, not necessarily due to monetary implication, but most importantly because hopes and dreams are deposited in it! I want to contribute to their dreams by giving my all and doing my very best to educate, advocate and represent my clients to the best of my abilities. I am very grateful for all the experiences I have lived, and from which I have learned so much from. I am committed to putting all this knowledge to good use in helping people in their real estate transaction.
In my down time, I love Zumba, singing, and dancing. I learned dancing as early as 8 years old - Salsa and Merengue are my favorites!
